Role Description
The Lead/Senior US IT Technical Recruiter Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Hyderabad. This role involves managing the complete recruitment lifecycle, identifying and sourcing IT professionals, and coordinating the hiring process. The specialist will develop talent acquisition strategies, collaborate with hiring managers, and ensure an exceptional candidate experience while meeting organizational recruitment goals. The individual will also provide insights into industry trends and build strong relationships with clients and candidates alike.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Technical Recruiting, IT Recruitment, and Hiring processes
- Proficiency in Full-life Cycle Recruiting, including candidate sourcing, screening, evaluation, negotiation, and onboarding
- Understanding of Information Technology (IT) roles, technologies, and market trends
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with clients and candidates
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, result-driven environment
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment tools preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
