We're Hiring | Lead Software Engineer – OneStream
📍 Location - Banngalore
🕐 Shift: 1:00 PM – 10:00 PM IST
🏢 Work from Office | 5 Days a Week
💼 Experience: 6+ Years
Our MNC Client is looking for a Lead Software Engineer – OneStream to join our Financial Systems team and support our FP&A systems and Finance Transformation initiatives.
🔹 What You'll Do
• Provide technical & functional support for the OneStream platform
• Support FP&A, financial consolidation, month-end close & management reporting
• Work on OneStream development, configuration & troubleshooting
• Manage Metadata, Business Rules, Forms, Cube Views & Workflows
• Support Reports, Dashboards, Data Imports & Data Lineage
• Perform process monitoring, controls testing & version control assessments
• Collaborate with Finance and IT teams on system integration and data management
• Support business users and resolve functional/technical issues
• Drive continuous improvement and contribute to Finance Transformation initiatives
🔹 What We're Looking For
✅ 6+ years of OneStream technical & functional experience
✅ Strong hands-on experience in OneStream FP&A
✅ Experience with Consolidation, Month-End Close & Management Reporting
✅ Strong knowledge of OneStream configuration and application support
✅ Excellent analytical, troubleshooting and stakeholder-management skills
⭐ OneStream Level 1 Certified Associate is preferred but not mandatory
