Inotek Technologies Pvt. Ltd. is a growing engineering consulting organization specializing in pharmaceutical and life sciences projects. We support global clients in facility design, compliance, validation, and engineering solutions aligned with international standards such as EU GMP and USFDA.
Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced Senior Electrical Design Engineer with a strong background in pharmaceutical facility design and cleanroom environments. The role involves end-to-end electrical design, coordination, and project support for regulated projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Design electrical systems for pharmaceutical plants, cleanrooms, and controlled environments
- Prepare Single Line Diagrams (SLD), load calculations, cable sizing, and voltage drop analysis
- Develop designs for power distribution, lighting, earthing, lightning protection & ELV systems
- Perform short circuit analysis, protection coordination, and fault level calculations
- Ensure compliance with GMP, FDA, ISO, IEC, NFPA, IEEE standards
- Coordinate with HVAC, process, instrumentation, and civil teams
- Review vendor drawings, BOQs, and technical submittals
- Support installation, commissioning, and validation (DQ, IQ, OQ)
Candidate Profile
- B.E. / B.Tech in Electrical Engineering
- 8 - 12 years of experience in pharma / EPC / consultancy projects
- Strong understanding of cleanroom and regulated environments
- Exposure to international projects will be an advantage
- Willingness to travel for project requirements
Key Skills Required
- Electrical Design Engineering (Pharma / Cleanroom Projects)
- HT/LT Systems, DG, UPS
- SLD Preparation & Load Calculations
- Tools: AutoCAD, ETAP / Amtech, Dialux
- Knowledge of IEC, NFPA, IEEE standards
- Protection Coordination & Short Circuit Analysis
- Hazardous Area Classification (ATEX/IECEx) – Preferred
- Strong communication & coordination skills
