Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in India for a Lead/Senior Bench Sales Recruiter. The individual in this role will manage the end-to-end bench sales recruitment lifecycle, including identifying and onboarding skilled consultants, sourcing suitable requirements, and marketing consultant profiles for optimal placement. The responsibilities will also encompass building strong relationships with candidates, negotiating terms with vendors/clients, coordinating interviews, and ensuring smooth job placements.
Qualifications
- Proven expertise in Sales Recruitment and Hiring strategies
- Proficiency in Full-life Cycle Recruiting and managing the placement process
- Strong Account Management skills, including maintaining client relationships and ensuring satisfaction
- Exceptional Communication skills to effectively interact with candidates, clients, and team members
- Ability to understand technical job requirements and match profiles accordingly
- Minimum of 3 years experience as a Bench Sales Recruiter, particularly with IT staffing
- Experience working with Tier 1 vendors and direct clients in the US staffing industry
- Proficiency in using recruitment tools, databases, and job portals
