Role Description: Senior Salesforce Developer – Sales
- Design, build, and ship well-tested features while setting high standards for code quality and maintainability
- Design and build complex Apex, LWC, and integration (Event/API) for Lead to Delivery Sales cycle
- Build integrations with Corporate applications and custom microservices using REST & Bulk APIs
- Optimize Apex, SOQL, and integrations for large Sales Cloud data volumes.
- Develop reusable LWCs for sales analytics, approval workflows, and guided selling.
- Perform root cause analysis on high impact sales system issues.
- Refactor legacy Apex and automation to improve reliability and scale.
- Create design docs including data models, sequence diagrams, and integration specs.
- Mentor developers on Sales Cloud patterns and engineering excellence.
- Collaborate with product managers and architects on roadmap planning and platform improvements.
- Support CI/CD pipelines focused on Sales Cloud deployments.
As a prospective candidate, you should possess:
- Hands on experience with Apex, Lightning (LWC), and SOQL/SOSL.
- Hands on experience with SOAP, REST, and Bulk APIs, including API design, development & Management
- Strong understanding of the Salesforce platform, including its architecture, capabilities and constraints.
- Good understanding of DevOps practices and tools such as Copado and Jenkins, including designing and optimizing CI/CD pipelines.
- Experience in building scalable data models, security models, and complex technical solutions for Sales and Sales Operations
- Experience working with middleware products for integration
- Experience working in Scrum/Agile based development environment
- Self-driven and ability to handle handles ambiguity and escalations.
- Excellent Stakeholder communication (Written/verbal). Ability to translate business outcomes into technical direction, set expectations and tradeoffs clearly.
Desired qualifications
- Bachelor’s in computer science or related field or equivalent work experience
- Salesforce PD1 certification
- Business Experience: 7-9 Years of experience
