We are scaling aggressively and looking for a Talent Acquisition leader who doesn?t just hire?but builds the talent engine. About the Role This is not a traditional recruiter role. We?re looking for someone who operates as a strategic talent partner ?someone who understands business, product, and people deeply, and can build high-performing teams from the ground up. You will be stepping into a high-impact role, owning and driving end-to-end hiring for Product and Engineering roles , while partnering directly with founders and leadership. What You?ll Do Own 360� Talent Acquisition ? from problem definition to onboarding Partner closely with founders, CXOs, and hiring managers to shape hiring strategy Drive product & technology hiring across levels (IC to leadership) Build strong market intelligence & talent mapping across competitors and adjacent industries Hire Tier-1 talent with a strong bar for quality, culture, and long-term impact Act as a consultative advisor to stakeholders?not just an execution partner Design and implement scalable hiring processes, frameworks, and employer branding initiatives Bring in innovative approaches to sourcing, including AI-led recruitment strategies Own candidate experience end-to-end, ensuring a high-touch, human-first approach Build pipelines for North America-facing roles and global teams What We?re Looking For 5?10 years of experience in Technology & Product hiring Strong exposure to B2B SaaS / AI / Product companies Proven experience in market mapping & strategic talent research Track record of hiring high-caliber talent from Tier-1 companies Experience working directly with founders, CXOs, and senior leadership Deep understanding of end-to-end recruitment (not just sourcing or coordination) Strong business acumen?ability to understand product, tech stacks, and org design Exposure to or strong interest in AI in recruitment / future of hiring Ability to operate in high-growth, fast-paced, ambiguous environments What Success Looks Like You become a trusted advisor to leadership on talent decisions You build high-quality, predictable hiring pipelines You raise the talent bar across teams You bring a balance of data, intuition, and empathy into hiring Who You Are (Non-Negotiables) You don?t see yourself as a recruiter?you see yourself as a talent builder You are opinionated, yet adaptable You can push back with data and insight , not just execute asks You care deeply about candidate experience and human connection You are excited about blending AI with human intuition in hiring Why This Role is Special You?re stepping into a role that has been built with: Strong founder trust and stakeholder influence Deep involvement in 1 ?1 and scale journeys A human-first, high-ownership approach to hiring
