🚀 We’re Hiring: Lead SDET (Software Development Engineer in Test)
📍 Noida Sector 144 | 🏢 5 Days Work From Office
🕒 Experience: 7–10 Years
💼 Full-Time Opportunity
We are looking for a passionate and hands-on Lead SDET who can architect scalable automation frameworks, drive QA excellence, and mentor high-performing engineering teams.
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
✔ Design & build scalable automation frameworks using Java / Python / JavaScript
✔ Lead UI, API, backend, database & mobile automation initiatives
✔ Work on Selenium, Playwright, Cypress & Appium-based frameworks
✔ Integrate automation into CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins / GitHub Actions / GitLab CI
✔ Drive Shift-Left Testing and automation-first quality culture
✔ Mentor SDETs and QA engineers while collaborating with Product & Engineering teams
✔ Work with AI/LLM-driven automation and intelligent testing capabilities
🔹 Core Skills Required:
✅ Strong programming expertise in Java / Python / JavaScript
✅ Hands-on experience with Selenium / Playwright / Cypress / Appium
✅ API Automation using Postman, Rest Assured, PyTest, etc.
✅ CI/CD, Git, SQL, MongoDB, Agile/Scrum
✅ Strong understanding of OOPs, Design Patterns & Data Structures
🌟 Good to Have:
🎮 Game Testing / Gaming Automation experience
⚡ Performance Testing (JMeter / LoadRunner)
🔐 Security Testing exposure
🐳 Docker / Kubernetes knowledge
📈 Product-based or high-scale tech environment experience
