Job Description
MANDATORY
- 8+ years of experience delivering SAP HANA-based Analytics solutions, with at-least 3-4 years in a lead role.
- Strong hands-on expertise in SAP HANA 2.0 native development and data modelling
- Proven leadership in designing and governing enterprise‑scale HANA data models
- Strong understanding of database, data‑warehousing, and analytical modelling concepts
- Deep Expertise in SQL and Stored Procedures
- Strong command of SAP HANA modelling best practices, including performance, reusability, and governance
- Solid understanding of ETL strategies, data integration patterns, and data reconciliation approaches
- Experience working in Agile delivery models, with tools such as JIRA
- Proven ability to lead performance tuning and troubleshooting of HANA models in complex landscapes
- Experience with SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC), including model consumption and validation
Responsibilities
NICE TO HAVE
- Functional understanding of at least one SAP module (FI, SD, MM, PP, etc.) to better align analytics with business processes
- Exposure to cloud or hybrid data architectures alongside SAP
- Experience with SAP BTP, including HANA Cloud, integration capabilities, and security concepts

- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to business and executive stakeholders
- Ability to work independently with client business and IT teams, acting as a trusted HANA analytics advisor
- Proven capability to lead and drive technical discussions, design workshops, and solution decisions with customers
- Experience mentoring junior consultants and developers, conducting design reviews, and building reusable assets or accelerators
- Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and decision‑making skills
- Ownership of technical documentation, standards, and knowledge artifacts
- Effective individual contributor and team leader, able to balance hands‑on work with oversight
- Willingness to learn and adapt to evolving SAP platforms and analytics capabilities
- Strong work ethic with effective time management skills across multiple workstreams
- Comfortable working with global teams and stakeholders across time zones
