📍 The Basics- Location: Vadodara, Gujarat (On-site/ Hybrid)
- Experience: 8 – 12+ Years
- Shift: B Shift (Aligning with PST Time Zone for global collaboration)
- Domain: Business Applications / Finance & Supply Chain
💡 Why This Role?This isn’t just about month-end close. You will lead initiatives that leverage SAP ECC/S4HANA alongside Advanced AI/ML tools to:
- Predict and forecast costs using ML models.
- Perform AI-driven anomaly detection.
- Optimize product BOMs and supplier selection through simulation.
🛠️ Key Responsibilities:- Process Leadership: Lead end-to-end Product Costing and Outsourced Manufacturing processes.
- Integration Expert: Deep dive into MM, PP, and CO integration to enhance subcontracting and material ledger flows.
- Strategic Optimization: Partner with global IT and Finance teams to automate cost audits and improve margin visibility.
- Innovate: Work with SAP BTP, Azure ML, or Databricks to integrate SAP data with modern analytics.
🎯 What You Bring to the Table- SAP Mastery: 8–12+ years of hands-on experience in SAP CO-PC, including standard/actual costing, WIP, and variance analysis.
- Manufacturing Grit: Strong expertise in Subcontracting/Outsourced Manufacturing models.
- Technical Fluency: Deep knowledge of BOMs, Routings, Work Centers, and Cost Estimates.
- Documentation & Leadership: Proven ability to lead workshops and deliver high-quality functional specifications for global teams.
