We’re Hiring: Lead Salesforce Engineer
We’re looking for a
hands-on Lead Salesforce Engineer to drive the architecture and scalability of our CRM, Service, and Loyalty ecosystems—while unlocking the power of
AI-driven workflows and seamless customer engagement.

What You’ll Do
- Lead and deliver enhancements across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Loyalty Management
- Design and manage unified customer profiles using Data Cloud (Data360)
- Architect AI-powered workflows leveraging Agentforce (agents, orchestration, automation)
- Drive integrations with Marketing Cloud (Journeys, APIs) and WhatsApp-based customer journeys
- Build scalable backend solutions using Apex, LWC, and Flows
- Establish event-driven architecture (Platform Events / APIs)
- Enable real-time data synchronization across CRM ↔️ Marketing Cloud ↔️ WhatsApp
- Ensure security, scalability, and Salesforce best practices

What We’re Looking For
- Minimum 5+ years of Salesforce experience
- Strong expertise in Agentforce, Marketing Cloud integrations, and Data Cloud (Data360)
- Proven ability to design scalable and high-performance solutions
- Experience with AI-driven automation and customer engagement platforms
