Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Lead Salesforce Developer located in Mumbai. The Lead Salesforce Developer will be responsible for designing, building, and optimizing Salesforce applications, including creating Visualforce pages and developing Lightning Web Components. The role involves managing Salesforce.com development and administration tasks, ensuring best practices are followed, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement and support high-quality solutions.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Salesforce.com Development, including hands-on experience in building scalable and secure applications
- Expertise in Visualforce Pages and Lightning Web Components
- Experience in Salesforce.com Administration, including configuration, workflows, and reporting
- Strong understanding of Salesforce.com platform architecture and capabilities
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a detail-oriented mindset
- Ability to lead and mentor team members to achieve project goals
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- Salesforce Developer and Administrator certifications are a plus
