Role Overview
We are seeking a motivated Lead & Sales Intern who will be responsible for generating qualified leads, initiating sales conversations, and contributing directly to revenue growth. This is a commission-based internship, ideal for individuals who are confident communicators and want real startup sales exposure.
This role offers hands-on experience in B2B SaaS sales, AI product positioning, and startup growth strategy.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate high-quality leads through LinkedIn, email outreach, cold calling, and other channels
- Pitch MercuryAI’s products (including Mercury Atom) to startups, businesses, and institutions
- Schedule demos and coordinate with the core team for product presentations
- Maintain CRM records and track lead conversion metrics
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Conduct market research to identify potential industries and target segments
- Contribute ideas to improve sales funnels and conversion strategies
Eligibility Criteria
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or related field
- Strong communication skills (English mandatory)
- Basic understanding of SaaS or AI products preferred
- Self-driven, target-oriented mindset
- Comfortable with remote work and independent execution
