AutoSend is an email API for teams who ship with agents. Transactional, marketing, and automations in one platform, priced by volume not contacts. We're 6 people, growing, and profitable-track.
You'll be our first sales hire. That means you're not joining a sales team. You're starting one.
What you'll do
- Research and qualify outbound leads (SaaS companies, AI-native teams, engineering-led startups)
- Send cold outreach via LinkedIn, email, and Twitter/X
- Book discovery calls directly with the founders
- Maintain a simple CRM pipeline and track what's working
- Build a repeatable prospecting playbook from scratch, your way
Who we're looking for
- 1-2 years of SDR or outbound sales experience (B2B SaaS preferred)
- Comfortable reaching out cold and handling rejection
- Understands technical buyers: developers, CTOs, engineering-led teams
- Can write clearly and concisely. No fluff.
- Familiar with tools like Apollo, Hunter, or LinkedIn Sales Navigator
- Bonus: knows what SPF/DKIM records are, or is curious enough to learn
Why this role is different
Most SDR roles have you executing someone else's playbook. This one has you writing it.
You'll work directly with the founders every day. Short feedback loops, real decisions, and the kind of ownership most sales roles don't offer until year three. When AutoSend closes its next 50 customers, you'll know you had a hand in each one.
