🎯 Role Overview
As a Sales & Operations Lead, you will play a dual role: driving business growth through sales and partnerships while ensuring operational excellence across client onboarding, support, and process management. You will serve as the bridge between our sales executives, clients, and the internal tech team — ensuring smooth execution of projects and sustainable long-term relationships.
This role is ideal for a professional ready to step into leadership: managing junior team members, standardizing operations, and contributing to strategy.
📌 Key Responsibilities
Sales & Partnerships
- Identify and build relationships with small enterprises who do not have online booking yet.
- Potential clients could also be big groups like kudumbasree or horticulture
- Oversee client acquisition, leading by example and supporting sales executives.
- Conduct key client meetings and high-value product demos.
- Monitor sales pipelines, ensuring team achievement of monthly and quarterly targets.
Operations & Client Success
- Lead end-to-end onboarding of institutions onto our platform.
- Standardize processes for client training, implementation, and support.
- Track operational KPIs and generate reports for leadership.
- Troubleshoot client issues by coordinating across tech and sales teams.
Leadership & Strategy
- Mentor and guide a small team of sales executives, ensuring performance and skill growth.
- Act as the first escalation point for clients and internal stakeholders.
- Provide structured market insights for product roadmap and expansion strategy.
- Contribute to operational frameworks to scale across multiple regions.
🧑💼 Ideal Candidate
- 3+ years of experience in sales and/or operations, preferably in SaaS, tech adoption, or NGO/religious outreach.
- Strong leadership and team coordination skills — prior experience managing or mentoring juniors is a plus.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills in Malayalam, Hindi, and English.
- Tech-savvy and capable of demonstrating web and mobile products confidently.
- Comfortable with frequent travel and a mix of client-facing and operational work.
