One of the leading Japanese multinational conglomerate Client is hiring for Lead RTL Design Engineer - SoC with 8-15 years of experience. The ideal candidate will drive chip-level architecture, RTL design, and verification, while leading and mentoring a high-performing digital design team.

Key Responsibilities
· Lead chip-level verification, including planning, management, and gate-level simulation.
· Drive RTL design & quality verification (Verilog / SystemVerilog).
· Manage and mentor design teams; collaborate with backend and analog engineering functions.
· Define architecture, timing constraints (SDC/STA), and power domain design.
· Support evaluation, testing, and production readiness.
· Contribute to verification strategy and continuous improvement initiatives.
Key Skills & Competencies
· Strong expertise in RTL Design, Verification, and SoC Architecture.
· Hands-on experience with EDA tools for verification and synthesis (Synopsys, Cadence, Mentor Graphics).
· Deep understanding of ARM-based MCU design (preferred).
· Knowledge of DFT, STA, and power domain implementation.
· Proven team leadership and project planning experience.
· Excellent documentation, analytical, and communication skills.
Educational Qualification
B.E / B.Tech / M.Tech in Electronics, Electrical, or VLSI Engineering.
