Job Title: RPA Lead – Power Automate

Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced
RPA Lead with strong expertise in Microsoft Power Platform, especially
Microsoft Power Automate, to lead automation initiatives across business functions. The ideal candidate will drive end-to-end RPA solution design, development, governance, and deployment while mentoring a team of developers and collaborating with business stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead design and development of RPA solutions using Power Automate (Cloud & Desktop flows)
- Identify automation opportunities and conduct feasibility analysis
- Design scalable, secure, and high-performance automation workflows
- Integrate Power Automate with SharePoint, Teams, Outlook, SAP, and third-party systems
- Implement governance, security, and best practices for Power Platform
- Handle exception handling, logging, and monitoring of bots
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate into automation solutions
- Provide technical leadership and mentor RPA developers
- Support production deployment and hypercare activities
- Ensure documentation and compliance with enterprise standards
Required Skills
- Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Automate (Cloud & Desktop flows)
- Experience with Power Platform (Power Apps, Power BI – good to have)
- Knowledge of UiPath or Automation Anywhere (optional but preferred)
- Strong understanding of RPA lifecycle (Design → Development → Testing → Deployment → Support)
- Experience integrating APIs, REST services, and databases
- SQL knowledge for data handling
- Understanding of exception handling and bot governance
