Role Description The Lead Research & Growth Associate is a full-time, on-site role based in the Pune/Pimpri-Chinchwad Area. This role is responsible for researching construction markets, identifying potential clients, and analyzing tender opportunities to support business development. The associate will track industry trends, compile competitive intelligence, and prepare insights that inform sales strategies and service offerings.
🔍 Research construction businesses across Australia and other markets
🏗️ Identify builders, civil contractors, fitout companies and specialist subcontractors
👥 Find the people who make decisions
📧 Collect and verify contact information
📊 Score and qualify leads
🤖 Use AI tools to research faster and smarter
📈 Help build the sales engine of a growing company
Qualifications
- Experience in business development or growth-focused roles, preferably within construction, engineering, or related industries.
- Proficiency with productivity and data tools (e.g., spreadsheets, CRM systems, online research platforms).
- Demonstrated initiative, problem-solving skills, and a growth-oriented mindset.
Bonus Points If You Have
• Experience with LinkedIn
• Experience with Apollo, Clay, HubSpot or similar tools
• Construction industry exposure
• Sales or business development experience
• Strong Excel or Google Sheets skills
