Objective
Team Leader Regulatory and Internal Reporting– This is a critical position for the overall management of fraud reporting & governance as the incumbent needs to adhere to regulatory obligations and communicate promptly with relevant stakeholders.
Position Summary
Manage and review timely reporting and data conciseness for the following regulatory reports/internal reports such as FMR
1 – Frauds, FUA – Frauds, Closure/Withdrawal on CIMS, FMR 4 – Theft, Robbery, Burglary, Dacoity, SFIO – Fraud of Rs. 1 crore and above, Tranche I, II and III for Risk Based Supervision, NPCI – Cheque Frauds, CPFIR – Digital Payment Frauds, AMLOCK – Wilful Defaulters, Bank profile – Frauds, Financial Conglomerate, Regulation 30 and Schedule III of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015 – Quarterly, Reporting of Material Events – Monthly, any ad hoc/new regulatory report.
- Send weekly mails on provisions to Finance and CDAG (borrower)
- Send weekly FMR 1 list to the CVO and FPICU Head 4. Submit regulatory returns and Tracking guidelines & correspondence issued by regulators to Compliance every month. 5. Review and maintain Master submission tracker – yearly 6. Impart training to the Investigation team on fraud reporting requirements on semi-annual
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Requirement
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint); familiarity with reporting tools or governance systems is a plus.
- Ability to work collaboratively across functions and manage multiple priorities.
- Managed regulatory reporting of frauds in the past organization.
