Role Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Lead Technical Recruitment & Operations Support professional to drive end-to-end IT hiring while supporting key operational initiatives across the organization. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing recruitment activities, stakeholder engagement, talent acquisition strategy, and team operations, ensuring seamless execution and delivery.
Key requirement:
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for US IT and technology-related positions.
- Partner closely with hiring managers, business leaders, and external recruitment partners to understand hiring requirements and develop effective sourcing strategies.
- Facilitate and coordinate kick-off meetings between hiring managers and recruitment partners.
- Source, screen, and engage candidates through various channels, including LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS platforms, referrals, and other sourcing tools.
- Coordinate and manage interview scheduling, candidate communications, and hiring workflows.
- Track recruitment pipelines and regularly follow up with partners on open positions and candidate progress.
- Provide weekly hiring status reports, metrics, and updates to senior leadership, including the Chief of Staff.
- Collaborate with HR and internal stakeholders to support employee on-boarding and workforce planning initiatives.
- Support planning and execution of team events, meetings, and organizational initiatives.
- Assist in managing internal communications, project deliverables, and operational processes.
- Drive process improvements to enhance recruitment and operational efficiency.
Required Qualifications:
- 7+ years of experience in leading US Technical Recruitment, Talent Acquisition, Recruitment Operations, or a similar role.
- Proven experience recruiting for niche, complex, and hard-to-fill technology positions.
- Strong expertise with Workday, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), and LinkedIn Recruiter.
- Demonstrated ability to manage recruitment KPIs, SLAs, dashboards, and performance reporting.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills with experience interacting with senior leadership and executive teams.
- Exceptional communication skills with strong professional presence and fluency in English.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience supporting recruitment operations within mid-to-large-sized organizations.
- Demonstrated AI-first mindset with experience leveraging AI tools to improve recruiting efficiency, candidate engagement, and operational productivity.
