About the Role
- We are looking for an experienced, self-driven, and highly motivated Lead IT Recruiter who has a proven track record in US IT Staffing. This role is ideal for recruiters who enjoy working on challenging technical positions, partnering with hiring managers, mentoring recruiters, and consistently delivering top talent.
- You'll work directly with US-based Account Managers, Sales Teams, and Clients while recruiting for some of the country's leading organizations.
- This is a high-visibility role with tremendous growth opportunities and an attractive uncapped commission structure.
What You'll Be Doing
- Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle for US IT positions.
- Recruit for Direct Clients, MSP, and VMS requirements.
- Source candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, Dice, Monster, Indeed, CareerBuilder, internal databases, and advanced Boolean/X-Ray search techniques.
- Screen candidates for technical, communication, and cultural fit.
- Conduct initial interviews and present qualified candidates to hiring managers.
- Coordinate interviews and manage offer negotiations.
- Build strong relationships with consultants and candidates.
- Maintain accurate ATS records and recruiting metrics.
- Ensure quick turnaround times while maintaining high submission quality.
- Collaborate closely with US Sales and Account Management teams.
- Mentor junior recruiters and help improve recruiting best practices.
Required Skills & Experience
- 5+ years of US IT Recruitment experience.
- Strong experience working with Direct Clients.
- Experience supporting MSP/VMS accounts.
- Excellent understanding of the US recruitment lifecycle.
- Strong sourcing skills using LinkedIn Recruiter and Boolean Search.
- Experience recruiting for Infrastructure, Cloud, Cybersecurity, ERP, Data, AI/ML, Software Development, QA, DevOps, SAP, Salesforce, and other technical roles.
- Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
- Experience working in a fast-paced staffing environment.
- Ability to prioritize multiple open requirements simultaneously.
- Self-motivated with minimal supervision.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience mentoring recruiters or leading recruiting teams.
- Strong knowledge of recruiting KPIs and delivery metrics.
- Experience using modern ATS and recruiting technologies.
- AI recruiting tool experience is a plus.
