We are seeking a highly driven Sourcing & Recruitment Specialist to take ownership of our talent acquisition funnel in the Indian region. You will be the architect of our hiring pipeline, identifying and securing the specific operational, technical, and service-oriented talent required to scale our global delivery models.
Core Responsibilities:
- Drive the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for a variety of remote, service-focused roles, from initial intake meetings to offer negotiations.
- Develop and execute advanced sourcing strategies utilizing LinkedIn Recruiter, specialized job boards, and talent mapping to engage passive candidates.
- Conduct comprehensive initial screening interviews to assess technical competencies, cultural fit, and readiness for a fully remote, fast-paced work environment.
- Maintain meticulous data integrity within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and internal CRMs, ensuring every candidate interaction is logged and tracked.
- Monitor daily and weekly recruitment metrics, such as time-to-fill, candidate pipeline velocity, and offer acceptance rates.
- Collaborate directly with operational directors and department heads to refine job profiles and anticipate future workforce needs.
- Design and deploy automated follow-up sequences and interview scheduling systems to streamline the candidate experience.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- 4+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience, preferably within B2B services, IT staffing, or global workforce solutions.
- Demonstrated expertise in behavioral interviewing and candidate assessment.
- Strong understanding of international hiring nuances and remote workforce dynamics.
- Exceptional written and verbal English communication skills.
- High proficiency in using modern ATS platforms, CRMs, SharePoint, and Excel.
- Ability to operate independently in a remote environment while maintaining strict accountability to pipeline goals.
