About the Role
Talme Technologies is hiring a Non-IT Recruiter with experience in payroll staffing and contractual hiring. The candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, coordinating, and onboarding candidates for various non-IT roles while also handling payroll-related coordination and employee management activities.
The ideal candidate should have experience working in staffing consultancies or payroll-based deployment models.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end recruitment for Non-IT positions
- Manage bulk and contractual hiring requirements
- Source candidates through job portals, references, social media, and internal databases
- Conduct initial HR screening and interview coordination
- Coordinate onboarding, documentation, and joining formalities
- Work closely with payroll and operations teams for employee deployment
- Maintain employee records, attendance coordination, and payroll inputs
- Ensure timely follow-ups with candidates and clients
- Maintain recruitment trackers and MIS reports
- Understand client hiring requirements and deliver profiles within timelines
Required Skills
- Experience in Non-IT recruitment and staffing
- Knowledge of payroll staffing and contractual employee management
- Familiarity with PF, ESI, attendance tracking, and payroll coordination
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills
- Hands-on experience with Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed and other sourcing platforms
- Ability to handle multiple requirements simultaneously
- Basic Excel and reporting skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
- Experience in consultancy or staffing industry preferred
