Job Title: Recruitment Lead – IT & Professional Hiring
Location: Chennai – 5 days work from office. We prefer candidates who are currently based in or around Chennai.

Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Recruitment Lead to manage end-to-end hiring delivery across IT and professional roles. The role will lead a team of recruiters and freelance sourcing partners, ensuring quality, speed, and fulfillment across client mandates.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage recruitment delivery for IT and functional roles
- Own requisition allocation, sourcing strategy, and closure targets
- Manage and mentor internal recruiters and freelance partners
- Ensure pipeline quality, screening rigor, and client alignment
- Track KPIs: submissions, interviews, closures, TAT
- Coordinate with account and business stakeholders
- Optimize sourcing channels and recruiter productivity
Required Experience
- 7–10 years recruitment experience (IT staffing preferred)
- Proven team handling experience
- Strong sourcing and screening capability
- Experience in agency / staffing environment
- Client-facing coordination exposure
