Role Description The Lead Recruiter is a full-time, on-site role based in New Delhi, responsible for driving end-to-end talent acquisition for various functions across the organization. Day-to-day responsibilities include sourcing candidates through multiple channels, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and coordinating with hiring managers to understand role requirements and selection criteria. The Lead Recruiter will design and implement recruitment strategies, manage employer branding initiatives, and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future needs. The role also involves managing recruitment metrics, ensuring a positive candidate experience, and collaborating with HR to support onboarding and workforce planning. This position requires proactive stakeholder management, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, growth-focused environment.
Qualifications
- Strong experience in end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer management.
- Proficiency with recruitment tools and platforms such as job boards, social media, applicant tracking systems (ATS), and professional networking sites.
- Skills in stakeholder management, including partnering with hiring managers, understanding business needs, and providing consultative support on talent decisions.
- Capability in talent strategy and workforce planning, including building talent pipelines, conducting market research, and tracking recruitment metrics.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to create a positive and inclusive candidate experience.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple requisitions and deadlines effectively.
- Prior experience in high-volume or fast-growing organizations; exposure to fire & safety, manufacturing, or industrial sectors is beneficial.
