Role Overview
We are looking for a Lead ReactJS Engineer who will own the end-to-end frontend ecosystem for our AI-powered eCommerce platform.
This is a high-impact leadership role where you will define frontend strategy, drive architectural decisions, and lead a team of engineers to build scalable, high-performance applications used by global customers.
What You Will Own
- Frontend Strategy & Vision: Define and drive the long-term frontend architecture and technology roadmap across products.
- End-to-End Ownership: Take complete ownership of frontend systems — from design to delivery to scale.
- Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and grow a team of frontend engineers; drive accountability and engineering excellence.
- Architectural Decisions: Make key decisions on frameworks, performance strategies, and system design.
- Cross-Functional Influence: Partner with product, design, and backend leadership to shape product direction and user experience.
- Scalability & Performance: Ensure systems are built for scale, handling high traffic and complex data-driven experiences.
- Engineering Excellence: Establish coding standards, review processes, and best practices across teams.
- Hiring & Team Building: Play an active role in hiring and building a strong frontend team.
What We’re Looking For
- 9+ years of experience in frontend engineering with deep expertise in ReactJS.
- Proven experience as a Tech Lead / Lead Engineer owning large-scale frontend systems.
- Strong experience in system design and frontend architecture.
- Hands-on experience with Next.js, TypeScript, and modern JS ecosystem.
- Demonstrated experience in leading teams, mentoring engineers, and driving delivery.
- Strong stakeholder management and ability to influence product/tech decisions.
- Experience building high-scale, performance-critical applications.
- Prior experience in eCommerce / SaaS / high-traffic platforms preferred.
