Job details:
Experience: 7+ years
Location: Chennai (Hybrid)
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the development of scalable and high-performance web applications using React.js.
- Design and implement reusable UI components and front-end architecture.
- Collaborate with product managers, UX/UI designers, and backend teams to deliver business requirements.
- Mentor junior developers and conduct code reviews to ensure coding standards and best practices.
- Optimize applications for maximum speed, scalability, and responsiveness.
- Participate in technical discussions, solution design, and estimation activities.
- Learn and contribute to projects built using Svelte JS as part of the organization's technology roadmap.
- Ensure application quality through testing, debugging, and performance monitoring.
Required Skills
- Strong experience in React.js, JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
- Hands-on experience with Redux, Context API, or other state management libraries.
- Experience with REST APIs and modern front-end development practices.
- Strong understanding of responsive design and cross-browser compatibility.
- Experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and Agile methodologies.
- Excellent problem-solving and leadership skills.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with Svelte JS or willingness to learn and work on Svelte-based applications.
- Knowledge of Next.js, Node.js, or modern front-end frameworks.
- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Familiarity with automated testing frameworks such as Jest, Cypress, or React Testing Library.
Educational Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
