We are looking for an experienced R&D leader to build and lead the engineering team and drive product development, product improvements, and industrialization initiatives.
Location- Manjusar-Savli , Vadodara, Gujarat
Key Responsibilities:
• Build and lead the R&D engineering team.
• Lead new product development, product improvements, and portfolio extensions.
• Drive technical ownership and knowledge transfer within the team.
• Improve and sustain product groups with a focus on local production.
• Lead engineering projects and customer-specific development initiatives.
• Identify process improvements and establish effective working procedures.
• Collaborate with Sales, cross-functional teams, and HQ.
Requirements:
• Master’s degree in Electronics, Mechanical, or Electromechanical Engineering. ( Products- battery, switches, components for circuit protection etc)
• 15+ years of experience in product development.
• 5+ years of leadership experience.
• Strong knowledge of electromechanical components.
• Proven project management and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Good English language skills.
