Role Description The Lead Quick Commerce role is a full-time, on-site position based in Mumbai. This role is responsible for driving the quick commerce channel for Kimaye, including onboarding and managing quick commerce partners, optimizing product assortment, pricing, and promotions, and ensuring high service levels across platforms. The Lead Quick Commerce will monitor performance metrics, analyze data to improve conversions and customer experience, and coordinate with supply chain, operations, and marketing teams to ensure product availability and timely fulfillment. The role includes collaborating with internal stakeholders to plan campaigns, launch new products, and maintain brand standards across online channels. The individual will also handle key account relationships, resolve operational issues, and continuously identify growth opportunities in the quick commerce segment.
Qualifications
- Strong commerce and sales skills, with experience managing online or quick commerce channels and driving revenue growth.
- Excellent analytical skills to interpret data, track performance, and make data-driven decisions for assortment, pricing, and promotions.
- Effective communication skills to collaborate with internal teams, negotiate with partners, and present insights to leadership.
- Customer service orientation, with the ability to understand consumer needs and improve end-to-end customer experience.
- Experience in FMCG, fresh produce, e-commerce, or quick commerce environments is highly beneficial.
- Proven ability to manage cross-functional projects and work in a fast-paced, high-growth setting.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Commerce, Marketing, or a related field; MBA or equivalent postgraduate qualification is a plus.
