Role Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual for the role of Lead Quality – Precast Production. This full-time, on-site role, based in Navi Mumbai, involves overseeing quality assurance and control processes in precast production. Key responsibilities include monitoring production processes, ensuring compliance with quality standards, conducting inspections, identifying areas for quality improvement, and working closely with cross-functional teams. The candidate will also drive best practices in manufacturing and implement continuous improvement initiatives to uphold high-quality standards.
Qualifications
- Comprehensive knowledge of Quality Assurance, Quality Control, and inspection related to precast production.
- Expertise in production processes, materials engineering, and relevant manufacturing standards.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with experience in process improvement and root cause analysis.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Leadership capabilities with the ability to manage, mentor, and guide production quality teams.
- Familiarity with sustainability practices and environmental standards is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or a related field; advanced certifications in quality management or precast manufacturing are advantageous.
- Prior experience in precast production and quality control, with a proven track record in leadership and process optimization.
