About the Role
We are looking for a highly disciplined and fast-paced Lead Qualification Specialist (Appointment Setter) who will be the first point of contact for incoming leads.
Your core responsibility is to respond immediately, qualify the lead, assign it to a senior sales manager, and schedule a call.
This is not a sales or consultation role. The focus is on speed, structure, and volume.
Responsibilities
- Respond immediately to new leads coming into the CRM
- Make up to 150 outbound calls per day (warm and inbound leads)
- Qualify leads using a structured script (training provided)
- Identify budget, interest level, and urgency
- Assign qualified leads to a Senior Sales Manager
- Schedule calls or meetings directly in the calendar
- Send follow-up materials (company presentation, credentials, etc.)
- Maintain accurate CRM records after each interaction
- Ensure fast response time and no lead loss

Requirements
- Experience in cold calling, outbound calling, or lead qualification
- Ability to handle 100–150 calls per day
- Strong discipline and ability to work with scripts and KPIs
- Fast response time and ability to contact leads quickly
- Clear and confident communication skills
- Experience with CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Zoho) is a plus
- English proficiency (spoken and written)
