As a Lead Qualification Intern, you will support the business development team by connecting with potential customers, understanding their requirements, and identifying high-quality leads. This role is ideal for someone looking to gain hands-on experience in sales, customer interaction, and lead management.
Key responsibilities:
- Reach out to leads generated through marketing campaigns via calls, emails, or WhatsApp
- Engage with prospects to understand their needs and basic requirements
- Qualify leads based on simple criteria such as interest, budget, and timeline
- Update and maintain lead details in CRM or tracking sheets
- Schedule calls or meetings for the sales team with interested prospects
- Follow up with leads to ensure continuous engagement
- Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to improve lead quality
Requirements:
- Strong verbal communication skills
- Languages known- English, Kannada, Hindi
- Willingness to learn customer handling
- Basic understanding of digital marketing or sales (preferred but not mandatory)
- Comfortable speaking over calls and interacting with new people
- Organized and detail-oriented
