About the Role
Lead QA Engineer with solid experience in casino game QA, particularly Class II and VLT (Video Lottery Terminal) games. You will lead test planning, execution, and compliance validation for slot and bingo games across cabinets and markets.
Key Responsibilities
• Define test strategies, design test cases, and execute end-to-end testing for slot and VLT games.
• Collaborate with developers and game designers to analyze requirements and ensure correct implementation.
• Validate payout math, paylines, RNG outcomes, and compliance with GLI/BMM standards.
• Test games across different cabinets and handheld devices to ensure flawless performance.
• Oversee Build Acceptance, Smoke, Functional, Regression, Recovery, and Compliance testing.
• Manage defect tracking, debugging, and reporting with detailed root cause analysis.
• Produce comprehensive test reports and metrics (defect trends, release readiness, time-to market impact).
• Mentor junior QA team members and enforce QA best practices.
Required Skills & Experience
• 7+ years in software testing, with at least 2–3 years in casino/slot/iGaming QA.
• Strong background in structured testing techniques, regression, and impact analysis.
• Hands-on with slot EGMs, SAS protocol, TITO, PAM integration. • Familiar with JIRA, TestRail, or equivalent test management tools.
• Excellent skills in test case design, execution, and compliance validation.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
Nice to Have
• Knowledge of bingo, lottery, or Class III games.
• Prior involvement in global gaming compliance certifications.
