Key Responsibilities
- Lead and own end-to-end QA strategy and automation roadmap for Fintech products
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable automation frameworks (UI, API, Backend)
- Drive automation for credit scoring, loan decisioning, and credit monitoring systems
- Perform functional, regression, performance, and security testing
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to QA team members
- Collaborate with product, engineering, and business stakeholders
- Lead test planning, estimation, execution, and reporting in Agile environments
- Conduct defect analysis and root cause analysis (RCA)
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations, data privacy, and security standards
- Communicate quality metrics, risks, and testing status to stakeholders
Required Skills (Must Have)
- 8+ years of QA experience with 3–4+ years in automation and team leadership
- Strong hands-on experience with Selenium / Cypress / Playwright
- Experience with JUnit / TestNG, RestAssured, Postman
- Proficiency in Java or Python for automation scripting
- Strong understanding of credit scoring workflows, lending systems, and bureau APIs
- Experience with microservices architecture, REST APIs, and distributed systems
- Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab, Bamboo)
- Experience working with remote and global teams
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Key Expectations
- Strong domain expertise in Fintech (Credit Risk / Lending) is mandatory
- Ability to lead QA strategy independently across distributed teams
- Balance between hands-on automation and leadership responsibilities
- Strong focus on quality, scalability, and regulatory compliance

Nice to Have
- Experience with performance testing tools (JMeter, Gatling)
