Role Description
This full-time on-site role based in Paroo involves leading quality assurance and quality control processes to ensure the delivery of high-standard outputs. The Lead QA/QC Engineer will develop and implement quality management plans, conduct inspections, analyze data, and provide recommendations for improvement. Collaborating with teams across functions, the role also requires communicating findings, guiding corrective actions, and maintaining compliance with established quality standards.
Qualifications
- Proven expertise in Quality Control and Quality Assurance processes
- Strong Analytical Skills to assess and interpret data for continuous improvement
- Familiarity with Quality Management systems and methodologies
- Effective Communication skills to collaborate with teams and present findings clearly
- Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high-quality standards
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field preferred
- Experience in a QA/QC leadership role within a relevant industry
- Proven ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams
