We are hiring for Lead Python Developer as a Full Time for IT Company
Location- Chennai
Experience - 7+ years

Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain web applications using Python and Django
Build reusable, efficient, and scalable backend components
Develop RESTful APIs and integrate third-party services
Collaborate with frontend developers to integrate user-facing elements
Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability
Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code
Participate in code reviews and follow best development practices
Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing systems
Work with databases and ensure data integrity and performance
Contribute to deployment, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud-based solutions
Required Skills
Strong experience in Python programming
Hands-on experience with Django / Django REST Framework
Experience in building and consuming REST APIs
Solid understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP)
Experience with relational databases like PostgreSQL / MySQL
Familiarity with version control tools like Git
Knowledge of frontend basics (HTML, CSS, JavaScript)
Understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC)
Experience with debugging and performance tuning
Preferred Skills
Primary Stack: Python, Django, Django Rest Framework (DRF).
Database & Cloud: PostgreSQL and AWS.
Performace : Experience with Redis memory caching to address performance concerns.
Asynchronous Processing: Proficiency with Celery or background workers (specifically for load times < 5 seconds).
Integration: Handling multi-tenant API versioning and document parsing workflows.
