Key Responsibilities
- Lead day-to-day project execution and ensure timely delivery as per project schedules.
- Coordinate with engineering, design, procurement, production, and service teams for seamless project execution.
- Review and validate PLC, SCADA, HMI, MES, and automation system configurations before deployment.
- Troubleshoot technical issues during FAT, SAT, commissioning, and customer acceptance testing.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and provide regular status updates to stakeholders.
- Serve as the primary customer contact during project execution and commissioning.
- Guide and mentor Project Engineers, assign tasks, and ensure timely completion.
- Ensure compliance with company standards, ISO/QMS processes, and project documentation requirements.
- Maintain execution reports, issue trackers, and support continuous process improvement.
Technical Skills
- Hands-on experience in Allen Bradley, Siemens & Ignition platforms.
- MES Integration Knowledge.
- MSSQL, SQL, Influx DB.
- Rockwell (FT View SE/ME & FT Optix) and Siemens SCADA applications.
Qualifications
- Engineering graduate (Bachelor degree in - EEE / ECE / E&I).
- 8–10 years of experience in industrial automation Projects/Turnkey Projects.
- Experience in Tyre and battery industry
- Experience in leading small project teams and mentoring junior engineers.
