Key Responsibilities
1. New Store planning
- Own the complete NSO project plan
- Ensure store is 100% launch-ready before opening.
2. Project Planning & Execution
- Prepare project trackers covering:
- Civil work
- Interiors
- Electrical
- Signage
- Fixtures
- IT
- VM
- Stock
- Manpower
- Licenses/approvals
- Store launch activities
- Conduct regular project reviews and identify slippages early.
- Drive corrective actions to ensure timelines are met.
3. Budget & Cost Management
- Track project CAPEX and operating costs against approved budgets.
- Ensure project execution remains within the approved cost.
- Identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising store quality or brand standards.
- Coordinate with Finance and Procurement for timely approvals and payments.
4. Vendor Management
- Coordinate with contractors, architects, vendors and service providers.
- Monitor vendor performance against agreed timelines and quality standards.
- Ensure timely resolution of project-related issues.
