Job details:
- 8+ years of experience in Product Management / Product Ownership / within financial services.
- Strong hands-on experience in the Corporate Actions domain.
- Experience working with capital markets, securities processing, asset servicing, or investment banking platforms.
- Strong understanding of Corporate Action lifecycle and downstream impacts on securities and accounts.
- Experience creating and managing product backlogs and prioritizing features.
- Strong experience writing epics, user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional requirements.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
- Ability to work effectively with technology, operations, product, and business teams.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Knowledge of SQL and ability to perform basic data analysis.
- Experience working with Jira, Confluence, or similar Agile/product management tools.
- Exposure to regulatory and market-practice requirements related to Corporate Actions.
