We’re hiring a Lead – Product Marketing to own how the market understands Gnani.AI. This is not a support role. You will define:
· Who we compete with
· Why we win
· How we win—consistently in enterprise deals
You’ll sit at the centre of Product, Sales, and Leadership, driving narrative, GTM strategy, and deal success.
What you’ll actually do
· Kill vague messaging → Turn complex Voice AI into sharp, undeniable value
· Own the narrative → Define who we beat and why we win
· Help close deals → Build battlecards, deal stories, and proof that sales can use today
· Call out competitor’s → No fluff. Clear POV on the market
· Launch things that matter → Features, products, markets—end to end GTM
· Build proof, not slides → Case studies, wins, customer love, external validation
· Fix the feedback loop → Voice of customer → product → GTM → repeat
· Make everything consistent → Website, decks, sales pitch, story—one voice
What You Bring
· 5–7 years in Product Marketing / GTM / Enterprise SaaS / AI
· Strong experience in enterprise positioning and sales enablement
· Deep understanding of sales-led growth and complex deal cycles
· Ability to connect product capability → business impact → revenue
· Sharp storytelling + structured thinking
· High ownership, speed, and comfort with ambiguity
Bonus Points
· Experience in Voice AI / Conversational AI / Speech Tech
· Exposure to global enterprise markets
· MBA (optional)
