Role Description
We are seeking a full-time Lead Product Manager to drive the vision and execution of our AI agentic products. You'll own the product roadmap, work directly with customers to uncover needs, translate business problems into AI-powered solutions, and guide engineering teams to deliver products that create measurable impact. You can work from Bengaluru or Mumbai. We're a strong team of motivated self-learners constantly working to improve our capabilities, and we're looking for thought leaders who can shape the future of AI agent products. This role demands speed—you'll need to make fast decisions with limited data, ship features rapidly, iterate based on feedback, and keep pace with the breakneck speed of AI innovation. You'll balance moving fast with maintaining quality, knowing when to take shortcuts and when to invest in the right foundation. The right candidate will combine product intuition with AI literacy, bias toward action, and the ability to build products that enterprises actually want to use.
Must Haves
- 7+ years in product management with 2+ years leading AI/ML products or enterprise B2B products
- Deep understanding of AI agent capabilities: LLMs, multi-agent workflows, tool calling, RAG systems, and orchestration patterns
- Proven track record of shipping successful products from 0 to 1 and scaling them rapidly
- Fast mover mentality: ability to make quick decisions, prioritize ruthlessly, and ship iteratively without over-engineering
- Strong customer discovery skills: conducting user research, synthesizing feedback quickly, and identifying product-market fit
- Ability to translate complex business problems into AI-powered solutions and technical requirements at speed
- Experience working closely with engineering teams, understanding technical tradeoffs, and making pragmatic decisions under time pressure
- Data-driven mindset: defining success metrics, analyzing product usage, and iterating rapidly based on insights
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills across technical and non-technical audiences
- Leadership abilities: mentoring junior PMs, establishing product processes, and driving cross-functional alignment
- Comfortable operating in ambiguity, making decisions with incomplete information, and course-correcting quickly
- Bias toward action over analysis paralysis—you ship, learn, and iterate fast

Nice To Haves
- Technical background or ability to read code and understand system architecture
- Experience in BFSI, healthcare, entertainment, or education sectors

- Familiarity with product analytics tools (Mixpanel, Amplitude, etc.)
