We’re partnering with a fast-growing Series B SaaS company to find a Lead Product Designer.
This is a role for someone who has moved beyond simply designing screens and can shape how a complex product gets designed, built, and scaled.
The company is looking for someone strong in:
• AI-native design workflows — someone already experimenting with AI to research, explore, prototype, iterate, and validate faster.
• Design systems — someone who has built, evolved, or driven adoption of a design system across a real product, working closely with engineering.
• Product leadership — someone who can take ambiguous problems from discovery to shipped product, make strong decisions, and influence PMs, engineers, and leadership.
• Complex SaaS — experience making sophisticated workflows, personas, permissions, and business logic feel simple for users.
• Design craft — strong UX, interaction, information architecture, and visual design judgment.
• Mentorship — someone who can critique work, help other designers grow, and raise the quality bar around them.
Experience in CX, customer support, CRM, messaging, conversational products, or other customer-facing operational software is a strong bonus.
You’ll own meaningful product areas end-to-end, help evolve the design system, work closely with product and engineering, introduce faster AI-assisted design practices, mentor designers, and present your thinking to senior leadership.
The baseline is 10+ years in product design with meaningful lead-level experience, but this isn't a keyword checklist. We’re looking for people who can show the quality and depth of their work.
