About the Role
We are looking for a Lead Product Designer with strong experience in designing high-traffic B2C digital products across web and mobile platforms. The ideal candidate will bring a combination of product thinking, user-centric design, design systems, and hands-on UX/UI expertise to create intuitive, scalable, and impactful digital experiences.
You will work closely with Product Managers, Engineers, Researchers, and Business stakeholders to translate customer needs and business objectives into compelling product experiences that improve engagement, adoption, and conversion.

Roles & Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end product design for high-traffic B2C digital products across web and mobile platforms.
- Translate customer needs, business requirements, and product objectives into user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.
- Collaborate with Product Managers, Engineers, Researchers, and Business teams to deliver customer-centric product experiences.
- Conduct user research, usability analysis, and competitive research to identify customer pain points and product opportunities.
- Design intuitive and scalable UX/UI experiences that improve customer engagement, adoption, and conversion.
- Apply product thinking and design thinking to solve complex user and business problems.
- Create and maintain design systems, reusable components, interaction patterns, and design guidelines.
- Validate design solutions through prototyping, usability testing, user feedback, and product data.
- Iterate and improve designs based on user insights, analytics, business requirements, and stakeholder feedback.
- Present design decisions, design rationale, and recommendations to senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
