About the Role
We are looking for a Lead – Product Design to drive the design vision and user experience for Bachatt. This role will be responsible for creating intuitive, user-centric designs and leading the end-to-end design process across the product lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end product design process from research to final delivery
- Define and drive the design vision, strategy, and UX standards for Bachatt
- Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders
- Translate complex requirements into simple, intuitive user experiences
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and data-driven improvements
- Maintain and evolve the design system and UI consistency
- Mentor and guide junior designers
- Ensure timely delivery of high-quality design solutions
Requirements
- 7 years of experience in product/UX design
- Strong portfolio showcasing end-to-end product design work
- Proficiency in tools like Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles
- Experience working in fast-paced/startup environments
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Good to Have
- Experience in fintech or savings/investment products
- Familiarity with design systems and accessibility standards
- Basic understanding of front-end development
