About the RoleWe are looking for a Lead Product Architect to provide architectural leadership across a portfolio of enterprise products and guide distributed engineering teams through complex product delivery cycles. As a Lead Product Architect, you will own the technical architecture and engineering direction of one or more enterprise software products. You will work closely with product management, engineering teams, and executive stakeholders to ensure scalable architecture, predictable delivery, and high-quality releases.This role requires someone who can balance deep technical thinking with strong leadership and communication, guiding both engineering teams and business stakeholders through architectural decisions.Key ResponsibilitiesArchitecture & Technical Leadership· Define and maintain the overall architecture strategy for assigned products.· Ensure systems are scalable, reliable, and maintainable across evolving product requirements.· Guide engineering teams through complex technical decisions and trade-offs.· Establish and enforce architectural standards and best practices.Product Delivery· Partner with Product Management on roadmap planning, requirements, and release strategy.· Drive end-to-end product delivery, ensuring predictable and high-quality releases.· Work closely with global engineering teams to manage execution and delivery risk.Data Architecture· Design and guide implementation of data architecture strategies across relational, analytical, and cloud-native databases.· Ensure systems support scalable data processing, performance, and data integrity.Team Leadership & Collaboration· Mentor and guide Product Architects and senior engineers.· Lead technical discussions across distributed engineering teams.· Communicate architecture, risks, and solutions clearly to executive leadership.Operational Excellence· Identify opportunities for engineering process improvements.· Ensure teams follow strong software delivery lifecycle practices.· Maintain visibility into delivery progress, risks, and mitigation strategies.
Required Skills & QualificationsTechnical Skills· Strong background in software architecture and system design.· Solid experience with Java-based enterprise systems.· Deep experience working with multiple database technologies, including:o Relational databaseso Analytical data platformso Cloud-native data solutions· Experience across the full software development lifecycle.Nice to Have· Experience with Aqua Data Studio or similar database management tools.· Exposure to cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure.· Experience designing data-heavy enterprise applications.Leadership & Communication
· Proven experience leading distributed or global engineering teams.· Ability to communicate effectively with both engineers and executive stakeholders.· Strong ownership mindset and the ability to work independently and cross-functionally.Qualifications
· Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent practical experience).· 5+ years of experience building and shipping production software systems.· Demonstrated track record of delivering high-quality software releases on schedule.
