Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Lead Process Engineer Trainer to join our team. As a Lead Process Engineer Trainer, you will be responsible for developing and delivering training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of our process engineering staff. Your expertise in chemical engineering and software knowledge will be crucial in preparing our engineers to excel in their roles.
Key responsibilities:
· Project Execution & Coordination
· Lead process design, simulations, PFDs, P&IDs, and calculations
· Review and approve process deliverables; mentor junior engineers
· Perform/review Aspen Plus & Aspen HYSYS simulations
· Participate in HAZOP and process safety studies
· Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams and interface with clients
· Support proposals with technical inputs and estimates
Qualifications:
BE or B.Tech Chemical Engineer with 9-13 years’ experience in process engineering / EPC / consulting / oil & gas/ Refinery
Skills:
Excellent Communication Skills, Software Knowledge- Aspen HYSYS, Aspen PLUS
