The process analyst is a cross-functional group focused on understanding and executing enterprise business requirements and maintain the records for tracking and auditing purposes. The team collaborates various IT infrastructure, and operations teams to understand their business requirements for software, hardware and external resourcing that requires coordination with various vendors and work with internal Procurement team, risk management and other various team under critical deadlines to ensure timely procurement / renewals and compliance. Members contribute to a culture of continuous improvement, and operational excellence. This role

Impact (Job Summary/Why This Role Matters)

you’ll lead the charge during high volume of requests, coordinating cross-functional teams to get the services quickly and efficiently.

You’ll serve as the single point of contact, driving resolution with precision, urgency, and clarity under pressure

Key Deliverables (Duties and Responsibilities)

  • Maintaining contingent workforce tracker and coordinating with technology leaders for their contract on-boarding/off-boarding/extension on timely manner.
  • Strong understanding of business requirement for material (IT and non-IT) purchase process and execution.
  • Vendor coordination and requests handling and maintaining for all hardware, software, licenses, and support purchase based on business need.
  • Working with various team (like BR&C, TPRM, sourcing, procurement) for the contracts review, approval and take it forward until the PO executed.
  • Understand the process of managing agreements from start to finish, ensuring they are created, and reviewed effectively by stakeholders before entering to system.
  • Establishing project standards, governance, and processes to ensure IT projects align with business goals, are delivered on time
  • Track progress, analyze performance data, and provide regular updates to senior management and stakeholders.
  • Supports leadership with day-to-day functions and coordinating with various teams to meet operational requirements.
  • Takes ownership of requests from start to resolution, ensuring actions are tracked and outcomes delivered

Skills and Qualification (Functional and Technical Skills)

  • Must have
  • 8+ years of strong exposure in handling Tech Business office requirements along with project management skills
  • Independently manage license pools and collaborate with IT Software Asset Management to ensure contract adherence.
  • Communicate risk, issues and opportunities to management and stakeholders.
  • Strong IT Project coordination skills
  • Prior purchasing or procure-to-pay experience is required
  • IT Software Asset Management practitioner along with Report creation
  • Strong work exposure over Office suite especially word documents, advance level excel and creating power-point presentations and reporting.
  • Soft Skills:
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to communicate complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
    • Self-motivated, with a "can-do" attitude and comfort working with ambiguity.
Relationships & Collaboration

  • Ensure great Partnership with IT counterparts (India as well as US associates).
  • Be available for team connects if any.
  • Flexible to adjust work scheduled including evening, as per Org need.
  • Collaborate with Business wherever necessary.
