Hiring a Lead / Principal Architect – Distributed Systems for a serious AI-first InsurTech build.
Location: Bangalore / Mumbai (5 days onsite)
Compensation: Best in the industry

This role is for people who have:
- Actually built large-scale, distributed systems (not just designed them)
- Worked on event-driven architectures at scale (Kafka or equivalent)
- Solved real problems around consistency, failures, and scale
- Experience in BFSI / Insurance / Payments / Lending (regulated systems is a must)
Hands-on with:
- Event Sourcing
- CQRS
- Domain-Driven Design (DDD)
- Microservices at scale
- High-throughput, low-latency systems
Responsibilities:
- Building an AI-native backend, not adding AI as a layer
- Designing agentic systems interacting with real enterprise workflows
- Working on stateful, auditable, regulation-heavy systems
- Owning architecture in a 0→1 to scale journey
Ideal profile:
You’ve:
- Built systems where failure modes mattered
- Designed with trade-offs, not trends
- Worked close to code, infra, and business simultaneously
