We are seeking a Lead of Pricing & Distribution Strategy to serve as the primary architect of our revenue engine. You will marry sophisticated predictive forecasting with aggressive OTA distribution tactics, ensuring Staymaster remains the smartest, most profitable player in the Indian vacation rental game.

Your Strategic Playbook
1. Advanced Pricing Methodology
- Dynamic Yield Management: Implement real-time price elasticity models that respond to compression, lead time, and guest segment behavior.
- Value-Based Strategy: Move beyond cost-plus pricing. You will define our "Value Score" against competitors to capture maximum premium without sacrificing occupancy.
- Psychological Merchandising: Work with the distribution team to test price anchors, strike-through pricing, and "fenced" rates to drive conversion on high-traffic days.
2. Predictive Forecasting & Trend Analysis
- The Windshield View: We don't look at the rearview mirror. You’ll lead forecasting models that ingest non-traditional data—flight capacity, local events, and macro-economic sentiment.
- Variance Analysis: Own the "Why." You will track forecast accuracy and pivot strategies based on pick-up pacing and market shifts.
- Trend Spotting: Identify the "Next Big Thing"—from the rise of "workcations" to shifting seasonal windows—and bake them into our 365-day outlook.
3. The "Data Play" & Analytics
- Prescriptive Power: Move the team from descriptive (what happened) to prescriptive (what we should do next).
- Dashboard Architecture: Oversee the development of BI tools (Tableau/PowerBI) that give stakeholders a real-time pulse on RevPAR, Net-RevPAR, and Channel Contribution.
4. OTA Distribution & Digital Shelf Space
- Algorithm Mastery: Optimize our "ranking" on Airbnb, Booking.com, MMT, Expedia and other OTAs through strategic availability management and content parity.
- Channel Mix Optimization: Manage the delicate balance between high-commission OTAs and direct-booking incentives to maximize the bottom line.
What You Bring to the Table
- Experience: 5+ years of proven expertise in Pricing Strategies, Revenue Management, and Data Analytics (Hospitality or Vacation Rental experience preferred).
- OTA Fluency: Deep knowledge of Channel Management and partnerships with major Online Travel Agencies.
- Tech Stack Mastery: Advanced proficiency in analytical tools and familiarity
- Communication: Exceptional negotiation and stakeholder management skills. You can turn a complex data set into a compelling narrative for the executive team.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Hospitality, or a related field.
