Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Pune for a Lead Preschool Teacher. The Lead Preschool Teacher will oversee lesson planning, implement engaging curriculum development, and provide a nurturing learning environment for children. Additional responsibilities include ensuring the holistic development of children, facilitating effective communication with parents, and creating innovative activities that inspire creativity and learning in young minds.
Qualifications
- Expertise in conducting the class
- Knowledge of Early Childhood Education methodologies
- Strong Communication skills for engaging with children and collaborating with parents and staff
- Experience working with Kindergarten-aged children
- Degree or certification in Education or Early Childhood Development is a plus
- Passion for working with children and contributing to their growth
