As a Lead Teacher, you will have the opportunity to work with highly motivated and curious

Role Requirements:
• Design and implement a curriculum that is engaging, developmentally appropriate and
culturally sensitive
• Use a variety of teaching strategies and techniques to meet the learning needs of all
children
• Plan and facilitate activities that promote children's physical, cognitive, social and
creative development
• Provide a nurturing and safe environment that fosters positive relationships and
emotional well-being
• Maintain ongoing communication with parents to update them on children's progress
and share best practices for home and school learning
• Support and mentor staG members to promote a positive learning culture and
continuous improvement
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and health and safety guidelines
Qualifications & Experience:
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in early childhood education or related field
• Minimum 2-4 years of experience teaching young children
• Familiarity with Montessori, Reggio Emilia, Waldorf Steiner and play based learning
educational approaches
• Classroom Management, creating routines, managing transitions, and maintaining a
calm, organized space.
• Lesson planning, developing age-appropriate, play-based curricula that incorporate art,
music, and storytelling.
• Observation and record management, monitoring progress and documenting learning
for parents and future planning.
